Four institutions sit inside our delivery area here — KIIT, XIMB, ITER and Regional College of Management — and the rooms around them are rented by the semester. A hostel or PG room comes with a bed, a cupboard and, if you are lucky, a table the size of a tray.
That table is the problem. A laptop, a notebook and a textbook open at once need more surface than it has, so one of them ends up on the bed, and then so do you.
A proper desk is a small monthly cost against three or four years of studying, and renting means it does not become luggage at the end of a course. We build it in the room and collect it when you go.

How much does it cost to rent a study table in Bhubaneswar?
From ₹230 a month, inclusive of taxes. Larger desks and the electric height-adjustable model cost more. Longer tenures are cheaper per month, and paying the whole tenure upfront removes the deposit.
How long does delivery take?
Seven days for most desks, and fifteen for the electric height-adjustable one, which is built to order. You choose the date and time window yourself once your KYC documents are verified.
Do you deliver to KIIT, XIMB and ITER?
Yes. Patia and KIIT Road, Xavier Square, and Khandagiri and Jagamara for ITER are all inside our delivery area, as is Maitri Vihar for Regional College of Management. Enter your pincode at checkout and we confirm before you pay.
Can I rent a chair as well?
Yes. Ergonomic chairs start lower than most people expect, and renting three products together saves 5% every month.
What happens at the end of the semester?
Request a return from your dashboard once the three-month minimum has passed and we collect it from your room. There is no notice period.
