Worth knowing before you rent one
Quiet enough for a flat with neighbours
Magnetic resistance on both, so there is no friction pad and very little noise, and no impact going through the floor. The objection that stops most people putting a treadmill in an apartment does not apply to either of these.

Take the spin bike if the cycling is the workout: a 6.5 kg flywheel for a smooth, steady stroke, a hundred levels of resistance, locking pedals with cages and a fully adjustable seat. Take the desk bike if the cycling happens alongside something else — eight magnetic resistance levels, a height-adjustable seat with a backrest, and a worktop that holds a laptop or a tablet.
Will it disturb the flat below?
Far less than a treadmill. Both bikes use magnetic resistance rather than a friction pad, and neither involves your feet striking a deck, which is the part that travels through a concrete floor. A bike is usually the machine that survives a conversation with the neighbours.
How much space does one need?
The spin bike stands about 100 x 51 cm on the floor and does not fold — it is meant to live somewhere. The desk bike is 117 x 52 cm and does fold, with transport wheels, so it can go against a wall between sessions. Full dimensions are on each product page.
How long does delivery take?
Six to seven days, counted from the point your KYC documents go in, since our own team delivers and assembles these rather than couriering them. You pick the date yourself from your dashboard and we call before we arrive.
