Buying means paying the full price on day one for something that starts losing value immediately, then dealing with reselling it when you're done. Renting spreads the cost across the months you actually use it, and at the end you hand it back — no resale listing, no haggling, no loss.

No. On a monthly plan you pay the refundable deposit, the delivery fee if one applies, and then rent month by month from delivery. The rent itself isn't charged at checkout.

Two ways, and they stack. Longer tenures cost noticeably less per month — a 12-month plan is far cheaper monthly than a 3-month one. And paying for the whole tenure upfront takes a further discount off the rent and waives the deposit entirely.

Yes. Rent any three products together as a combo and an extra 10% comes off your monthly rent. Build one on the Build Your Own Combo page — the discount applies automatically once you reach three.

No. Every price on the site is inclusive of taxes, so the number you see is the number you pay. Delivery is free from six months onward and a flat ₹99 below that, and it's shown before you order. The only other charge is AC installation, which is priced on the product page.

Brand new, sourced from the brand. Not refurbished, and not passed on from an earlier rental.

We do. Installation is included with every order and arranged with you at delivery. Air conditioners are the one exception — they need specialist fitting, and that charge is shown on the product page before you order.

Tell us and we repair or replace it at our cost, for as long as you're renting. There's no service call-out fee, no warranty card to chase and no manufacturer to argue with. It's the part of ownership people underestimate until a compressor fails.

We relocate your rented products to the new address free of charge, as long as it's within the same city and inside our service area. No hiring a tempo and hoping the fridge survives the stairs.

Within 48 hours of your KYC being approved, in a delivery slot you choose. Verification is a one-time step and our team reviews it within a few hours.

Months of ordinary use are expected and aren't charged for — you only pay for damage beyond that. If you'd rather not have that judgement call at all, you can add TurnkeyProtect at the cart or checkout: 5% on your rent, and it covers you against wear-and-tear claims. It's entirely optional.

Request a return from your dashboard and we collect it, inspect it and refund your deposit. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for timelines and how early returns are handled.

Nothing abrupt. If you haven't asked for a return, the rental simply continues month by month at the same rate — you're never left without the product because a date passed. Request a return whenever you're ready.

Raise a buy-out request from your dashboard and we'll price it for you. Renting first is a reasonable way to find out whether a product suits you before committing to owning it.

Where a product comes in several variants — different capacities, sizes or star ratings — you pick the one you want and see its price and deposit before adding it to your cart.

Yes. Enter your GSTIN and registered business name at checkout and we'll raise the invoice against it.
