A gym membership in Bengaluru is partly a bet on traffic. The gym that looks ten minutes away on the map can be a long way on a weekday evening, and a habit rarely survives many weeks of that journey. Training at home removes the trip, which is most of what stops people.
What stops people buying the equipment is weight. The multi gym we rent is 44.5 kg and the adjustable dumbbells are 48 kg of iron between the two, and Bengaluru flats are rented on short leases, so all of it has to come back down the stairs when you move. Renting means we carry it up, and we carry it out again.
Four pieces cover most of it: a bench with a cable crossover for lifting, adjustable dumbbells that replace about thirty fixed ones, a magnetic rowing machine, and a vertical climber for cardio that is not a treadmill. The rower folds to 46 x 58 cm of floor and the climber rolls away on built-in wheels, which matters in a flat where the living room is also the gym.

Worth knowing before you rent one
Know what is in the box
The 4-in-1 multi gym is a bench and a crossover that runs on resistance bands, not a weight stack, and it comes without dumbbells. Add the adjustable dumbbells, which the tray under it is sized for, and you have a full setup.
Measure before you book
The rower is 157 cm long set up and folds to 46 x 58 cm; the climber stands 165 cm tall and takes 122 x 58 cm of floor. Check the spot you have in mind against the dimensions on each product page.
Assembled, repaired, collected
Our team builds the multi gym, rower and climber in your room, the dumbbells arrive ready to use, repairs are covered for the whole rental, and we collect everything at the end.

How much does it cost to rent home gym equipment in Bengaluru?
From ₹1,120 a month, inclusive of taxes. The multi gym is the most expensive piece. Longer tenures cost less per month, and paying the whole tenure upfront waives the deposit and discounts the rent further.
Does the multi gym come with weights?
No. It has an adjustable bench, a two-arm cable crossover on resistance bands at 5, 7.5 and 10 kg, a sliding tray and a rack, and the bands are included. The tray and rack are storage only. Rent the adjustable dumbbells alongside it, or bring your own.
Can I rent just the dumbbells, or just the rower?
Yes. Each piece is its own rental, so take one or build up a set. The adjustable dumbbells go from 2.5 to 24 kg each, in fifteen settings.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the piece: about three days for the dumbbells, five for the rowing machine and seven for the multi gym and the climber, counted from the point your KYC documents go in. You choose the date yourself from your dashboard, and we call before we arrive.
