A bed is the one piece of furniture that decides whether a flat is habitable, and the one most likely to be bought in a hurry on the second day in a new city. It is also, at the end of an eleven-month lease, the hardest thing to get rid of: too big for a resale app to be worth the trouble, too heavy for the tempo, and worth a fraction of what it cost.
Renting removes the endgame. You take the frame for as long as the lease runs, and when the address changes it either moves with you inside Bengaluru at no cost, or it goes back and somebody else's flat becomes habitable on their second day.
Every frame here comes without a mattress, and that is deliberate rather than a gap. The mattress is the part that touches you, wears out and is worth choosing on its own terms — firmness, thickness, whether anyone sleeps hot — so it is rented separately and matched to the frame at delivery rather than bundled and assumed.

Worth knowing before you rent one
Storage is the whole argument in a Bengaluru flat
Built-in storage is rare in rented flats here and a loft is not a wardrobe. The single bed with lift-up storage swallows bedding, winter clothes and suitcases under the mattress, which is a chest of drawers you did not have to find floor space for.
We carry it up and build it there
Beds arrive flat or folded and are assembled in the room, which matters on a third floor with no lift. Nothing is drilled into a wall, so there is no deposit argument at the end of the tenancy.
Guests without a spare room
The folding queen arrives built, stands on its own legs, and folds in half against a wall between visits. Rent it for the month your parents are in town rather than keeping a room you cannot otherwise use.

How much does it cost to rent a bed in Bengaluru?
From ₹439 a month, inclusive of taxes. Single frames are the cheapest, queen and king frames more. Longer tenures are discounted automatically, and paying a tenure upfront removes the deposit and cuts the rent further.
Does the mattress come with it?
No, and deliberately not. Frames and mattresses are rented separately so you can pick the firmness and thickness that suit you rather than accepting whatever was bundled. Add one from our mattresses range and both arrive on the same visit, sized to the frame.
What sizes can I get?
Single, queen and king. The single frames take a 72x30, 72x36 or 75x36 inch mattress depending on the model; the folding bed takes a 78x60 queen; the low platform bed takes a 78x72 king. Exact dimensions are on each product page, because a bed that does not fit through the bedroom door is a wasted delivery.
Can you get it up the stairs?
Yes. Frames come flat-packed or folded and are assembled in the room, so nothing has to go up in one piece. Tell us your floor and whether there is a lift when you book and we send the right number of people.
What happens when I move flats?
Relocation within Bengaluru and inside our service area is free — we dismantle it, move it and rebuild it. If you are leaving the city, request a return once the three-month minimum has passed and we collect it, with 7 days' notice.
