Is the mattress new, or has someone else slept on it?
New. Every mattress is ordered new from the manufacturer for your rental and has never been used — that is why the preparation period is five days rather than same-day. We do not rent used mattresses at any price.
How long does delivery take?
Five days from the point your KYC documents go in, six for the tri-fold. You choose the date yourself from your dashboard, and we call before we arrive.
What happens when I move flats within Bengaluru?
Tell us and we move it. Relocation within our service area is arranged through your dashboard rather than being your problem to solve with a tempo and two friends — which is the single most common reason people give for not wanting to own one here.
