The centre table is the piece everyone forgets until the first evening someone comes over and there is nowhere to put a cup. It is also the cheapest thing we rent — which makes it the odd item where the rent is genuinely small enough that the decision is about whether you want one, not what it costs.
In a Bengaluru flat the living room is rarely only a living room. It is the place people eat when the dining table is covered in work, where the laptop lives at weekends, and where anyone staying over sleeps. A table in the middle of it collects all of that, which is why the ones with storage underneath are worth more than the ones without.
Rent it for the length of the lease and send it back with everything else. It is not a piece of furniture worth moving twice, and it is certainly not one worth selling at a loss on a resale app.

Worth knowing before you rent one
Storage is the difference
An open shelf takes the books and the remote off the top; the lift-top box table swallows the throw, the chargers and the magazines completely. In a room that has to do four jobs, the table that hides things is the one you will still like in six months.
Small enough to place properly
These run 80 to 90cm long and 40 to 55cm deep, which leaves walking room in front of a sofa in a flat rather than a showroom. Exact dimensions are on each product page — worth reading before you pick, since living rooms here are narrower than the furniture photographed in them.
Assembled at delivery, taken away at the end
They arrive flat-packed and are built in the room by our team. When the lease ends we carry them out again, which is more than can be said for the one you would otherwise leave behind for the next tenant.

Which one should I take?
If the room is tidy, the two-tier or walnut table with an open shelf looks better. If it is not, take the box storage table: the top lifts on hinges and everything that would otherwise sit on it goes inside. The side-rack model is the one for people with actual magazines.
Can I rent it with a sofa?
Yes, and renting three products together takes 5% off every month — five products takes 10%. A sofa, a centre table and a television is the usual living-room three.
How long does delivery take?
Three days, counted from the point your KYC documents go in. You choose the date from your dashboard and we call before we arrive.
