What happens at the end of my rental?+
Request a return from your dashboard any time — there's no lock-in. We collect the items, inspect them for damage beyond normal wear, and refund your deposit within 5–7 business days.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
Only if you pay month by month. Choose to pay for the whole tenure upfront at checkout and the deposit is waived entirely, along with an extra discount on the rent.
