Air purifiers on rent in Bhubaneswar
From ₹464/month, inclusive of taxes. Doorstep delivery, maintenance included, three-month minimum.
For most of the year the air here is better than it is in the big metros, and that is exactly why the bad weeks catch people out. The dry months raise dust off every unpaved edge and building site; the winter brings the haze that settles across the east and does not lift for days; and the months of closed windows and fans running are the months you are breathing the same room over and over.
A purifier is a small appliance for a narrow problem, and the problem is the room you sleep in. Eight hours a night is the single longest stretch you spend breathing one volume of air, and it is the one you can actually filter.
Renting suits it because the need comes and goes. There is little sense in owning a machine that earns its keep for a few months a year, storing it for the rest, and paying for a replacement filter whether or not you used it.

Worth knowing before you rent one
Take it for the season it is needed
Three months is our minimum and for a purifier here that is often the whole rental — the dry stretch and the hazy winter weeks. Send it back afterwards instead of finding a cupboard for it.
The filter is on us
Replacement HEPA filters cost roughly a third of the machine and are the real cost of owning a purifier. For as long as you rent, changing them is our job and our expense.
Small, silent and needs nothing
It stands 32 cm tall, weighs a kilo and a half and plugs into any socket. No installation, no bracket, nothing fixed to a wall — and at 29 dB it is quiet enough to sleep beside, which is where it does its work.

Renting air purifiers in Bhubaneswar — questions
How much does it cost to rent an air purifier in Bhubaneswar?
From ₹464 a month, inclusive of taxes, with filter replacements included. Longer tenures cost less per month, and paying a tenure upfront removes the deposit.
How big a room does it handle?
Up to about 235 square feet at two air changes an hour — a bedroom, a study or a small office. Keep the door shut while it runs; a purifier working on a whole flat through open doors is working on more air than it is rated for.
What does it actually filter out?
Three stages: a pre-filter for hair and coarse dust, an H13 HEPA filter rated to 99.99% of airborne pollutants including PM2.5 and PM10, and activated carbon for smoke and smells. It is the fine particles that matter — those are the ones that reach your lungs rather than your nose.
Can students or people in a PG rent one?
Yes. Verification asks for an identity proof, an address proof and an occupation proof, and a college ID counts as the third. Give your permanent home address for the second if you are in a hostel or a PG.
How long does delivery take?
Three days, counted from the point your KYC documents go in — one of the quickest things we deliver, because there is nothing to assemble at your end.
