No. It has an adjustable bench, a two-arm cable crossover on resistance bands at 5, 7.5 and 10 kg, a sliding tray and a rack. The bands are included; the tray and rack are storage only. Rent the adjustable dumbbells with it, or bring your own.
How long does delivery take?
About three days for the dumbbells, five for the rowing machine and seven for the multi gym and the climber, counted from the point your KYC documents go in, since our own team delivers and assembles them. You choose the date from your dashboard, and we call before we arrive.
Will it fit in a hostel or paying-guest room?
The rower folds to 46 x 58 cm of floor and the climber rolls away on built-in wheels; the dumbbells sit in their own bases on the floor. Dimensions are on every product page, so check them against your room, and check with your warden or landlord first if you are in a hostel or paying-guest arrangement.
