Rental Agreement — Upfront Payment Plan

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") applies whenever you choose to pay for your entire rental tenure upfront, in a single payment, instead of monthly. It supplements, and should be read together with, our general Terms & Conditions. It is entered into between you ("Customer") and Fitverse Wellfin Private Limited, operating as Turnkey Living, registered at 32, Chowringhee Road, Om Tower, 7th Floor, U-706, Russel Street, Kolkata, Kolkata – 700071, West Bengal ("Turnkey Living").

1. Rental period

You select a tenure of 3, 6 or 12 months at checkout. The tenure begins on the date the product is delivered and installed, and runs for the selected number of months unless ended earlier under Section 6.

2. Upfront payment & discount

The full rent for your selected tenure is charged in one payment at checkout, at an additional discount off the equivalent monthly rate. The discount percentage varies by tenure and is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. No further rent is charged for the remainder of the tenure once paid.

3. Security deposit

The upfront payment plan is only available on 3, 6 and 12-month tenures. On 6 and 12-month tenures the security deposit is automatically waived, so there is nothing to collect or refund. On the 3-month tenure a refundable deposit is still collected at checkout alongside the upfront amount, and is refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Delivery, installation & risk

Turnkey Living delivers and installs the product at your registered address free of charge. Risk of damage to the product passes to you upon delivery, and you agree to take reasonable care of it for the duration of the rental.

5. Ownership & maintenance

The product remains the sole property of Turnkey Living throughout the rental. You do not acquire any ownership interest by renting it. Routine maintenance required due to normal use is covered by Turnkey Living at no extra cost; damage caused by misuse or negligence is your responsibility.

6. Ending the rental early

You may request early return at any time from your Dashboard. Because the full tenure was already paid for, any refund for the unused portion of the tenure (if applicable) is handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Renewal

At the end of the paid tenure, you may choose to return the product or start a new rental (at then-current pricing). The upfront payment plan does not auto-renew.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
