About this appliance
A two-burner induction cooktop, which is the difference between cooking a meal and cooking one thing at a time. Both hobs run independently across 20 power levels, and you can decide which side gets the peak power when you need a hard boil on one and a simmer on the other. The glass top is a single flat sheet — no grates, no burner rings, nothing to lift out — so cleaning it is a wipe. A six-hour timer with automatic shut-off covers slow cooking, and pan detection means it will not heat with nothing on it. Child lock, boil-dry protection, a residual heat indicator and high-voltage protection are all built in, which matters more on a 3600 W appliance than on a small one. At 60 cm wide it sits like a proper hob on a counter, and at 7 kg it can still be moved and put away. Needs induction-compatible cookware — flat-bottomed steel or iron; if a magnet sticks to the base, it will work. Delivered brand new; check the minimum delivery lead time in the specifications.

Cancellation & Returns
Rentals run for a minimum of three months. After that, request a return from your Dashboard giving at least 7 days' notice. Returning before your tenure ends may carry an early closure charge — often none at all if you are within a month of the end. Auto-Extension of Tenure
If you don't request a return by the end of your selected tenure, your rental automatically continues on a monthly basis at the same rate — so you're never left without your product. Request a return whenever you're ready to send it back.
Questions & Answers
When can I get the 3600W Dual Hob Induction Cooktop delivered?
On the date you choose. This product has a preparation period of 5 days — everything we deliver is brand new rather than pulled off a shelf — so as soon as your KYC documents are submitted you pick any date from 5 days onward, along with a time slot that suits you. If your order mixes products with different preparation periods, you can take a separate date for each rather than waiting on the slowest.
Is there a security deposit on this product?
Yes, if you pay month by month — it is held against unpaid rental and against damage beyond normal wear and tear, and it does not earn interest. Pay for the whole tenure upfront at checkout and the deposit is waived automatically. Where a deposit was taken, it is refunded within 7 working days of collection, less anything properly due.
Is installation included?
Yes, at no charge — our own team delivers and installs it. Air conditioners are the one exception, and they carry a separate fitting charge shown before you pay.
What happens if it stops working properly?
Repairs and replacements are on us for as long as you rent, with no limit on service visits and no call-out fee — raise a request from your Dashboard. That covers faults and normal wear. Damage you cause is separate, and you can add TurnkeyProtect at checkout to cover wear-and-tear claims at return. Repairs by anyone we have not authorised, non-standard parts, or removing a serial number are all treated as damage, so please call us rather than a local technician.
Can I return it before my tenure ends?
Yes. Request a return from your Dashboard giving at least 7 days' notice. Every rental has a three-month minimum, and a three-month rental returned early is payable in full.
On a 6 or 12-month tenure, returning early means you are re-rated to the tenure band you actually completed — longer tenures are cheaper per month, so the difference for the days you held it becomes payable. But there is no charge at all if you have completed within one month of your tenure: 5+ months on a 6-month plan, or 11+ months on a 12-month plan. What happens when my tenure ends?
Nothing abrupt — the rental rolls on month to month at the same rate until you request a return, so you are never left without it. There is no Early Closure charge for ending a rental during that period. If you would rather keep the product, you can ask to buy it: we are not obliged to sell, but where we agree we quote a price based on its age and condition.
